Congratulations Aime

Here at 1st Step, we like to celebrate all achievements and awards given to our candidates. However, we feel that Aime Zimuene deserves special recognition for being presented with a Health & Safety award by Lendlease.

When speaking with Fire Protections Site team, they could not remember the last time Lendlease granted an award, as the Builder on the project, Lendlease’s award is the most prestigious to receive.

I am exceptionally proud of Aime. He has worked with us since September 2021, and he has continually proven himself to be a hardworking and dedicated individual. Aime was the first operative I placed when I joined 1st Step, so I have always had a soft-spot for him. However to have his dedication recognised by the builder is excellent reassurance, that it’s not just us, that appreciate Aime’s hard work, and goes to show that it doesn’t go unnoticed!

Whilst not as exciting as the Amazon voucher given by Lendlease, we also visited site to show our gratitude to Aime to give a small token of our appreciation, aka Chocolate.

Aime, if you read this, thank you for all of your hard work! To any other candidates, past, present and future, I would also like to thank you for your diligence to your respective craft, as a recruitment agency we would be nothing without hardworking individuals like you and Aime.
