Job Description

An experienced Electrical Estimator , who will contribute to successfully delivering multiple large scale projects locally and in the UK
This Electruical Estimator role will be part of an experienced team that works in a very fast paced environment and is continuously recognised for delivering to deadlines.

What you will do:
* Ensure Tender folder is correctly maintained.
* Read and review all tender documents before an estimate is started, and ensure any discrepancies between spec / drawings / tender summary are picked up.
* Record and submit all RFI's in the correct documentation.
* Prepare estimate in line with exact tender summary provided.
* List any assumptions, clarifications, VE and conditions etc.
* Submit tender and update SharePoint with all costs.
* Record details on CF Roberts Management system.
* Follow up tender and record on SharePoint.
* Attend and participate in Departmental Company & External Meetings.
* Keep up to date with industry standards.
* Develop your skills in line with agreed training plan
* Use UK Terms and Conditions when submitting a tender.
* Attend Tender Handover Meeting when the project is won

Qualifications
* Previous experience working as an Estimator within the building services sector.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to use your initiative and adhere to best practices.
* Ability to collaborate with the wider Estimating team and other departments.
