Nicola Perrin

Nicola became a part of our team in the summer of 2016, initially joining as a Compliance Administrator. With encouragement and dedicated compliance training, Nicola has since risen to the role of Compliance Manager. Over the years, she has earned the position of Authorised Signatory for Stansted and Gatwick Airports.

Embracing challenges, Nicola took on a new role within the 1st Step Accounts Team in 2022. She now manages all aspects of the purchase ledger and handles various accounting administrative duties, effectively balancing her time between the two departments.

Outside of her professional commitments, Nicola finds relaxation in her yoga class. She has a profound love for animals, particularly her two dogs and a few chickens. Much of her spare time is dedicated to socializing with friends and family, with special attention given to her two young nieces.
