Painter & Decorator

1ST Step Solutions are currently looking for Painter and decorators to work on a residential refurbishment in Leyton, E10. This role involves stripping woodchip wallpaper, putting up new woodchip wallpaper and painting throughout the property.

This role requires a Blue Skills Card as a minimum.

Here are a few basic details about the project:

Days | Monday - Friday
Hours | 07:00 - 16:00 OR 08:00 - 17:00
Pay | £200.00 per day
Start Date | 03/02/2025

This client also requires a lead painter, who will be responsible for leading a team of 2-3 painters and unlocking the property. This role does have a slight uplift in the rate.

This role is CIS ONLY - No Limited payments

To secure a start on site the documents we will need :
* CSCS / JIB card (Photos of the front and back)
* Passport / Documents proving your right to work in the UK
* 2 references from sites you've worked on in the last two years
